Acupuncture helps Carpel Tunnel Syndrome in Santa Barbara
9 patients came in for acupuncture on my shift today. And each left feeling better, smiling and ready to tackle the rest of the work for the day. Each of these patients come in for acupuncture more than once a week. A few come in three times a week to control their chronic pain and heal from trauma. Offering acupuncture on a $25-$45 sliding scale gives these patients control and power to improve their level of health and quality of life.
Blance Method Acupuncture helps Carpel Tunnel Syndrome in Santa Barbara
One of the patients getting acupuncture today has been coming in two to three times a week for several weeks to treat and manage her pain from tunnel carpel syndrome. When she started acupuncture treatment she complained of pain in both her wrists with occasional pain shooting up her arms to her elbows. She stated she sometimes had pain all the way up to her shoulders. When she had her treatment today she stated she only has pain in her right wrist with a little pain in her right thumb and a little pain shooting up a little ways along her forearm. After placing acupuncture needles along her left ankle that correspond with the wrist, thumb and forearm I asked her to flex and extend her wrist. Her locations of pain had decreased. After placing a few more acupuncture needles her pain had gone and only a some tightness remained.
Acupuncture can help you too
She rested for about an hour with the acupuncture needles in place and then left to go to work pain-free. If you are wondering if acupuncture can help you or someone you know suffering from pain, numbness, tingling from tunnel carpel syndrome then all one needs to do is come in for a few regular treatments and give your body the chance to feel the difference acupunture can make.
