$50 to $75 Sliding Scale (Learn More). We do not accept CenCal or Medicare.
When you book an appointment online you acknowledge and accept Neighborhood Acupuncture’s Late Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy and Fees:
LATE CANCELLATION FEE IS $25.00
A LATE CANCELLATION is any appointment cancelled with less than 12 hours notice
MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE IS $50
A MISSED APPOINTMENT occurs when a patient is more than 10 minutes late (more than 20 minutes late for new patients)
A MISSED APPOINTMENT also occurs when a patient does not show up for their appointment
Appointment Length
New Patient Appointments are booked for 90 minutes
Returning Patient Appointments are booked for 60 minutes
Booking through our Patient Portal
New Patients will create an account within our Patient Portal to book and manage appointments online as well as securely fill out and sign patient forms online.
Schedule appointments using your Patient Portal account only for yourself.
Helping someone book an appointment
If someone needs your technical help to schedule an appointment, create an account for them using their email address. If they do not have an email address, create one for them.
If you need to book your child, create an account for them using an alternative email address. If you do not have an alternative email address, create one.
Appointments booked for the same day cannot be cancelled or rescheduled online
Please be certain you can honor your appointment before booking online for the same day. If you cannot come to your appointment please TEXT Tona at (805) 259-8516 to cancel or reschedule. You will be charged a late cancellation fee unless Tona is able to reschedule you for the same day.
Please feel free to TEXT Tona to book an appointment if you find booking online inconvenient.
Cancel or Reschedule Appointments with more than 12 hours notice
Patients can Cancel or Reschedule Appoinemtns ONLINE with more than 12 hours notice. With less than 12 hours notice you must Text Tona (805) 259-8516 to Cancel or Reschedule. You will be charged a late cancellation fee unless Tona is able to reschedule you for the same day.

My friend, Sue Whisenand highly recommends you, and I hope you might have an opening Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. Friday is also possible.
I have lots of deterioration in my spine and have had PT in the past. I fell on my left side several weeks ago, and tweaked something in my back…with pain from my shoulders down to the sciatic nerve. Please let me know if you might be able to help.
