As an acupuncturist, I sometimes get asked, "So, who goes to see you?" My short answer is, "Just about anybody who wants to." And like many answers the short answer is the best answer.

Who gets acupuncture?

The long answer to the above question is really long! Because it sure feels that just about everybody has come to see me for acupuncture. Men and women get acupuncture. Elderly, youth and children get acupuncture. Bartenders, Hair stylists, Janitors, Hotel workers, Chefs, and Servers get acupuncture. As well as Laywers, Doctors, Nurses, Bankers, Financial Planners, and Accountants. Comic book readers, TV watchers, Surfers, Runners, Rock climbers, Green thumbs and Foodies get acupuncture. People who go to church, synagoge, mass, football games, skiing, and bbq's get acupuncture. And the lists go on and on and on....

What kind of people get acupuncture?

I get good results using Blance Method Acupuncture to help with pain, anxiety, trouble sleeping and lack of energy to make it through the day. And let's face it, just about everybody needs help with those things. Sure, I get good results using Balance Method Acupuncture to help with other health issues as well, but pain, anxiety, trouble sleeping and lack of energy effect us all.

Why make acupuncture affordable?

If people had an affordable and effective way to help with pain, anxiety, trouble seeping, and a lack of energy that had no negative side effects, they would seek it out. I treat at Neighborhood Acupuncture which provides acupuncture on a $45 to $70 sliding scale to anyone who wants to use acupuncture to help themselves feel better. As stated above, a wide varity of people come to get acupuncture. Acupuncture works for them. Paying for acupuncture on a sliding scale of $45 to $70 works for them too. Oh, and it works for me too!
